My experience with Frost & Forma was extremely disappointing. I won a raffle for five complimentary facials, but the business later refused to honor the prize and attempted to change the terms after the event. During my appointment, I sustained a facial burn, and subsequent communication from the owner was unprofessional and inconsistent. I am still awaiting a refund that was promised weeks ago. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.
